Carlton H. Brown, Sr.
Founder, President and CEO
Carlton H. Brown Sr. earned his Bachelor's degree at the prestigious California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. After a series of business ventures, he graduated to establishing and owning four retail franchise stores, which he managed for five years. A born leader, he is very popular and is known for his contagious enthusiasm, his ability to motivate others around him, and his strong perseverance despite obstacles.
Mr. Brown was a top salesperson for both BMW automobile sales and a large timeshare company for over five years, setting the standard at each company with record-breaking sales and earning top commissions. He is a Licensed Manufactured Home Sales Agent and has a great deal of expertise with Green Building, solar heating, real estate, marketing and construction. He is a member of prominent realtor associations like NAREB, NAR, CAR, CAREB and SDAR.
An environment advocate with a mission to make a difference in someone’s life, Mr. Brown founded a non-profit organization, Petrahouse, Inc. and Green Sustainable Solutions. His goal is to bring forth housing solutions to our neighbors in need. "Sharing the Dream" is a Dr. Martin Luther King foundation Mr. Brown supports each year. With a heart for uplifting the neglected, he has served on the Board of Directors for the local Boys & Girls Club, Little League Baseball, and Prado Road Day Center for the Homeless.
Mr. Brown is a 25-year Deacon at his local Christian church. He enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren and traveling with his wife, because of the time freedom his business affords him.

Crystal Barry is a native of Southern California. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from California State University, San Bernardino, a Master of Business Administration from National University, and a California Real Estate Brokers License with over 10 years of sales experience.
She is a Certified Financial Education Instructor (CFEI) who takes a Holistic Approach to financial planning by helping people pursue their life goals through proper management of their resources. She is currently serving as the Vice President of Membership of her local Toastmasters Club. She is also a director on the board of the San Diego National Association of Real Estate Brokers. During her free time, she enjoys reading, journaling, photography, and trying out new recipes.

Sabrina Carnell-Williams hold a Masters degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.), International Global Studies from University of Phoenix. Ms. Carnell-Williams is the President of Grant It First Consulting Services. She provides high-quality professional consulting services for non-profits, small business owners, community organizations and individuals. Her services focus on seeking grants for projects/programs that are major concerns throughout most communities and nationwide.
Her goal is getting to know the organization's needs and priorities to provide consulting services, research, submit proposals and writing a winning application. She has extensive, qualified experience in the specific areas of expertise your project demands.

LEGEND OF THE GAME. An All-American and rated top cornerback prospect of the decade while at San Diego State. Willie certainly lived up to the expectations when the Packers made him their first pick in 1972. With his tremendous athletic ability and dedication, he became a starter during the preseason and was named the A.P. Defensive Rookie of the Year. Willie, an all-pro candidate, was selected to the Pro Bowl squad for his outstanding play in 1973, 1974, and
1978. Willie holds 2 N.F.L. records Most Interceptions (4) and Fumble Recoveries (3) in a game. The San Diego Padres drafted him in 1969. Willie played 7years with the Green Bay Packers and four years with the San Diego Chargers.

Willie, a Community Activist, born in Oceanside, working on projects through the Buchanon Youth Foundation, has been involved with youth activities designed to teach our youth leadership skills, commitment, and good sportsmanship that will enhance their everyday life through athletics.
Owner/Broker of Buchanon & Associates, a professional real estate service company that is involved in real estate for over 35 years. Willie serves as an Elder & Church Administrator at Beracah Faith Ministries International in Temecula, CA.

For the past 20 years, Mayarani Smith has provided mortgages for first-time homebuyers, investors, and those with less than perfect credit. She is employed with Canyon Mortgage Corporation as a Senior Loan Officer Broker/Lender for Commercial, Residential, Construction and Hard Money mortgages. She holds a designation as a National Commercial Real Estate Advisor and Certified Real Estate Investment Planning Specialist. She is the Regional Vice President of NAREB, Region II for New York and New Jersey and is the NAREB National Membership Co-Chair. Having owned Mayarani Consultants Inc, her computer-consulting firm for over 30 years, working in the investment banking Mergers & Acquisitions departments with Deutsche Bank, Lehman Brothers, CS First Boston, Merrill Lynch and Bear Stearns among others, sharpened her excellent customer service skills providing a unique consultative approach. Mayarani’s diverse background and knowledge propelled her career into hosting exceptional homebuying/investing educational training sessions held at adult education centers, church ministries, colleges and many other national and community forums.
Mayarani is a Notary Public in the State of New Jersey. She continues to receive Customer Service Satisfaction Awards, received a Multicultural Certification for lending, a Certificate of Professional Recognition in Homebuying Education Training, including Native Homebuyer Education Methods: Training the Trainer. She remains an active member of the Greater Allen Cathedral Church in Jamaica, NY for over 20 years. Awards: Honorary Presidential Award -Dedication to NAREB; Community Service Award - the IBPO Elks of the World. In addition to her current mortgage experience and document signing experience, she is a Certified Credit Consultant. Mayarani holds an Associate Degree from Seton College, Yonkers, NY.

Ray Williams holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource’s from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Morris College. A native of Florence, South Carolina, Ray enlisted in the United States Marine Corps following graduation from Morris College. Ray served his country faithfully for twelve years as a Marine Corps Officer having completed two tours to Iraq during his time on active duty.
In 2006, after leaving the Marine Corps, Ray became a member of the Subway Restaurant family as a Business Consultant. Ray had many responsibilities in his role with Subway Restaurants. Those responsibilities include Brand Ambassador for Subway, conducting Marketing Plans and Profitability reports for the company, ensuring that Subway adhered to compliance standards, restaurant sales, and conducting lectures and monthly evaluations designed to improve the efficiency of Subway Sandwich Shops.
In addition to his duties at Subway, Ray was hired as an Adjunct Professor of Business for Central Texas College- Camp Pendleton campus. In this role he taught Human Resource Management, Introduction to Business, Small Business Management, Principles of Management, Leadership and Leadership Communication courses.
Ray is married to Inez Williams and they have one daughter, RaShawna who just completed Graduate school at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA).
